League Format Reminders
- Co-ed is 4:3 or 3:4. Offense calls/gender matching NOT required unless captains agree to it before game start.
- A 5:2 is only permitted if three or fewer of one gender is present.
- Teams must field seven players (minimum two of each gender) within 20 minutes of start time or risk default (at discretion of opposing Captain)
- No foot blocks
